Clarity
Identify what you actually want, what is getting in the way, and what deserves your attention now.
The patterns beneath your reactions, relationships, habits, and decisions are telling a story. Coaching helps you understand it—and decide what happens next.
Start a conversation Explore coachingPersonal development is more than motivation. It is learning to understand yourself, make deliberate choices, communicate clearly, and build the habits and boundaries that support the life you want.
Identify what you actually want, what is getting in the way, and what deserves your attention now.
Build self-trust through action, honest reflection, boundaries, and consistent follow-through.
Develop the communication, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness to lead yourself and others well.
Coaching should give you useful tools—not another place to perform. Sessions are practical, reflective, direct, and centered on turning insight into behavior.
Recognize patterns, values, strengths, blind spots, and the stories shaping your decisions.
Challenge assumptions and create a more useful perspective on the problem in front of you.
Translate insight into concrete choices, conversations, boundaries, habits, and next steps.
My name is Luba Signorelli.
People have always opened up to me—often quickly. They come to me trying to understand a relationship, a conflict, a reaction, or someone else's behavior.
But the question someone brings you isn't always the thing they're actually struggling with.
Sometimes, it's their subconscious showing.
I learned to pay attention to people early in life. I was born in Ukraine and spent part of my childhood as an orphan before being adopted and brought to the United States. Later, I worked in medicine, law enforcement, leadership, and athletics—experiences that continued to teach me how people think, react, communicate, protect themselves, and grow.
I've also had to learn a lot about myself the hard way. Emotional intelligence wasn't something I was introduced to early in life. I had to develop much of it intentionally, later on.
That shapes how I coach.
I don't use cookie-cutter formulas or tell people what they want to hear. I look at the individual, the pattern, and what's actually happening beneath the surface. I'll challenge you when you need to be challenged, meet you with understanding when you need it, and own my own mistakes along the way.
The goal isn't to change who you are.
It's to understand yourself well enough to change what isn't working.
You WILL leave coaching with more than insight. You will leave with tools you can actually use—in your own mind, your relationships, your boundaries, and your life.
If you choose to work on it.
And chances are, if you're here, you want to.
And that's your first major win.
Once your subconscious starts showing, it's time for the subconscious to start growing.
Start with a conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and what needs to change.
Book a discovery callNo pressure. No performance. Just a conversation about where you are, what brought you here, and whether coaching makes sense for you.
The first conversation is simple. We'll look at what is bringing you here, what you want to change, and what you need from a coach.
What's happening in your life right now?
What keeps coming up that you want to understand or change?
What would meaningful progress actually look like for you?
This isn't an application. It's a little context so the conversation can start somewhere meaningful.
